Bec + Mike

This was a wedding with a difference! Not only was it a surprise wedding of which none of the guests knew anything about, it was all done in medieval costume! Bec and Mike had met online whilst playing the very popular game of World of Warcraft and they wanted their wedding to reflect their passion for this addictive game.
After a small private more traditional ceremony in the morning with close family they invited all their friends to come in costume to the beautiful Mt Tomah gardens in the Blue Mountains for a ‘party’. It was during this time that the groom ‘proposed’ and they then followed this through to a mock wedding ceremony conducted by none other than Gandalf himself in the magic ring of trees. It was so colourful and fun with everyone dressed in costume, (including the photographer) to party the night away in celebration of this great couple’s union. What a privilege it was for me to be part of their special day.
