Portrait Info
Here are a few things to know about your portrait session and help you to be prepared on the day:
• I am passionate about capturing wonderful, natural images of you and your family that you will treasure for a lifetime and you can’t always put a time on how long that will take. However, to keep our time together fun and fresh I usually try to take no loner than around an hour, especially if little people are involved.
• To get the best out of our time together, make sure you schedule your session with plenty of time either side so you and your family will be more relaxed and at your best.
• I know not everyone is happy to be in front of a lens so I endeavor to make our session fun and non-threatening for even the most camera shy.
• What you wear for our shoot is really important. It needs to reflect your personalities etc… plus you need to feel comfortable in it. Try and co-ordinate with the others in your family/group so your colours and patterns don’t clash and avoid logos if possible. Feel free to bring a change of clothes to try a few different options.
• I am happy to shoot at the location of your choice in Sydney, whether that be your home, favourite park or the beach – wherever suits you. If you don’t have somewhere in mind I can make a suggestion for you.
• Your images can be supplied in either Black and White or Colour or a combination of both. I will also give you a set of your chosen pics in a suitable size for emailing so you can put them on Facebook or email them to your friends and family. (As a courtesy, please credit Lizanne Perry Photography on Facebook for the photos you upload)
• At the end of your photo shoot we will organize a time, approximately a week later, for you to come to my studio to view your images and make your selections. The turn around time for printing is another week and I will call you once your pics are ready to collect.
I have tailored my three simple packages to suit all budgets, there is the ‘Signature’ package which gives you your 3 favourite shots, the ‘Favourites’ 10 pack for when three isn’t enough and the ‘Absolutely Everything’ for those who want the lot. All three packages give you your chosen images on disk in high resolution and a free 11 x 16″ (28cm x 40cm) print on archival paper.
