• I am passionate about capturing wonderful, natural images of your child that you will treasure for a lifetime. To get the best out of our time together, make sure you schedule your session around your child’s sleep time when you know they are usually at their happiest and allow plenty of time either side so you and child will be more relaxed.
• Each little person approaches the cake differently, some are a little tentative and others full force into it. I make sure that we allow plenty of time for your child to have fun with their cake any way they choose. They do have a short attention span though so I try to work quickly to capture all the special expressions as they happen and let their personalities shine. You can expect your session to take around an hour.
• Birthday Bashes are messy shoots and that is where the fun is. What they wear, or don’t wear for their shoot is up to you. It is a guarantee that they will end up with cake all over them so bring clothes you don’t mind getting dirty!
• Bring along a drink, a fresh change of clothes and a washcloth to freshen your birthday basher up at the end of the shoot.
• The photo shoot is held at my studio in West Pennant Hills where I have a large white backdrop and easily cleaned Perspex floor to cope with the mess. There are bathroom facilities too for those who need a little extra help cleaning up afterwards.
• Your chosen images can be supplied in Black & White, Colour or a combination of both. I will also give you a set of your chosen pics in a suitable size for emailing so you can put them on Facebook or email them to your friends and family.
• At the end of our session we will organize a time, approximately a week later, for you to come back to my studio to view and choose your images. The turn around time for printing is another week and we will call you then when they are ready to collect.
I have tailored my three simple packages to suit all budgets, there is the ‘Signature’ package which gives you your 3 favourite shots, the ‘Favourites’ 10 pack for when three isn’t enough and the ‘Absolutely Everything’ for those who want the lot. All three packages give you your chosen images on disk in high resolution and a free 11 x 16″ (28cm x 40cm) print on archival paper.
